THE LOCATION

THAT PLACE,
MTB PARK
Just 20–30 minutes from central Whanganui, THAT PLACE feels like a proper escape into the outdoors without requiring a long trip. Follow SH4 north, turn onto Kaiwhaiki Road, and enjoy the scenic gravel-road approach along the Whanganui River to the race venue. The road is suitable for normal vehicles, although allow a little extra time for the final gravel section.
NEED A RIDE OR HAVE A SPARE SEAT ON YOUR CAR?
We've set up a carpool system so runners can either offer a ride or join a ride with other participants. Once you register, you will have access to this link.
